I went to the Obama event & I wasn't able to get in. Got there around 4:15 and waited until 5:30p. The line was moving very slowly due to high security. At 5:30 they announced they were filled to capacity and Obama would address the overflow of people outside. It was WAY too cold to wait!

But I must say it was very encouraging to see all of the people patiently waiting to see Obama. Black folks, white folks, Indian and Asian folks, Hispanic folks. It was an even mix of people. Very refreshing to see (especially in Kansas City). I felt like I was back in Atlanta!
