BET is excited to present “History Makers,” a three-part series that highlights the success, faith and courage of well-known as well as unsung African-American history makers.
PART ONE:
History Makers: Success
The first of the “History Makers” focuses on the achievement of success in the face of adversity. Through real life stories and experiences, this documentary chronicles the long road to success by African Americans. Terry McMillan, Isaac Hayes, Horace Julian Bond, Ossie Davis and a host of others will be featured and their hard work and perseverance in overcoming racial barriers will be highlighted.
Premieres Sunday, Feb. 10, at 12 p.m. (ET/PT).
